Chasseurs Films and La Distributrice de films are pleased to announce the theatrical release of the film Best Boy, written and directed by Jesse Noah Klein and starring Caroline Dhavernas, Lise Roy, Aaron Abrams, Marc Bendavid, and Dylan Smith. After its world premiere in competition at the prestigious Edinburgh International Film Festival—and screenings at several other festivals since then—the film will open at the Cinémathèque québécoise on June 19. A post-screening Q&A with the filmmaker will take place on Friday, June 19.

Synopsis: After the death of their tyrannical, abusive father, three adult children and their elderly mother return to their long-dormant summer home to take part in a bizarre, sadistic competition not done since it tore the family apart 30 years before.
