Synopsis

Émile, 8 years old, is enjoying the last warm evenings of summer with his sister Françoise. As they scan the sky for shooting stars, their contemplation is interrupted by an act of unspeakable cruelty.

Julie Charette studied fine arts and animation at Concordia University, where she developed a strong interest in messy mediums, traditional animation and under the camera work. Her graduation film « Milk Teeth » has been selected in numerous international festivals. Since then, she has worked as an animator on several independant short and feature films.
