Aubert is a filmmaker, cinematographer, and music composer from Quebec City. Graduate from Concordia University in film production, his artistic practice explores themes of nostalgia, family, home, and anxiety-inducing spaces. He co-founded Les films du Balcon with William Pagé, and together they have been producing films since 2021. His latest short film, Jabber, captures the strange and melancholic feeling of being frozen inside the 3D scan of our former apartment.
